Next.js / Node.js / Laravel / Modern JavaScript Stack
Three Dots Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and adaptable Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our growing development team.
We are looking for someone who is not limited to one technology stack, but can work confidently on modern web applications using Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, APIs, databases, dashboards, CRM systems, and business software.
This role is ideal for a developer who can take ownership of projects, understand business requirements, build scalable systems, and work with the latest frameworks and development practices used in the market.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Build modern full-stack applications using Next.js, Node.js, and Laravel
• Develop scalable backend systems, APIs, admin panels, dashboards, and CRM modules
• Work on business software, SaaS platforms, client portals, automation tools, and web applications
• Design and manage databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Build secure authentication, user roles, permissions, and access control systems
• Integrate third-party APIs such as payment gateways, email, SMS, WhatsApp, CRM tools, and AI APIs
• Work with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and stay updated with current development trends
• Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, backend developers, and project managers
• Debug, refactor, optimize, and improve existing systems
• Assist in deployment, server troubleshooting, and production issue fixing when required
• Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code
✅ Required Skills
• 2–3 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong practical knowledge of Next.js and React-based development
• Good experience with Node.js for backend services and APIs
• Good experience with PHP/Laravel
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript
• REST API development experience
• Database design experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with authentication, authorization, user roles, and permissions
• Git version control experience
• Ability to work independently on assigned modules and projects
• Basic understanding of deployment, hosting, and production environments
🌟 Good to Have
• Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or admin dashboards
• AI API integration experience, such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or chatbot systems
• Knowledge of modern tools like Tailwind CSS, Prisma, Supabase, Firebase, Redis, Docker, or CI/CD
• Experience with payment gateway, WhatsApp API, email API, or automation platform integrations
• WordPress knowledge will be an added advantage
• Linux/VPS/cloud deployment experience
